Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) is an e-learning programme available online to members of the public at a cost, but free to students via the Bloomberg terminals in the Financial Resources Suite on Floor 1 of the Library. The programme helps you learn to use Bloomberg through an exploration of financial market concepts. It is an 8-10 hour self-paced e-learning course that provides a visual introduction to the financial markets. BMC consists of 4 modules – Economics, Currencies, Fixed Income and Equities. You will get a certificate upon completion.
To get started…
- Log into a Bloomberg PC using your usual details, then double-click the green Bloomberg icon. Click on 'Enter or Go to start' to see the login screen.
