Until you set up a Library PIN through the Library catalogue you do not have a PIN on your account and should leave the box blank when accessing the catalogue or using the self issue machine.
To set up a PIN, visit the Library catalogue, go to Log In, then Set/Reset my PIN. You will be asked to enter your library card number and will receive a set up email to the email address associated with your library account (usually your Brunel email address). Click the link in the email to set up your PIN.
If you have set up a PIN but have forgotten it, you can follow the steps above to also reset your PIN.
