Payments to the Cash Office or through eVision do not automatically register with your account in the Library. If you have made a payment by either of these routes please bring the receipt for payment into the Library Help Desk (or email a copy to Library@brunel.ac.uk). We will then update the Bills information on your Library account accordingly.

You can make credit/debit card payments towards Library bills over the phone/online to the Cash Office but please ask their staff to let the Library know that you have made a payment to them so that we can update your account.

Online payments can be made direct to the Library via the Library catalogue, there is a link to My Account on our homepage. Login using your ID card number (1956xxxxx 5109xxxxx) and Library password. Select Review my account and then the Bills tab. Follow the onscreen instructions to make a payment.
