Staff can tell you when an item is due for return and placing a Click and Collect/Post request will prevent further automatic renewals on that title. If all copies are on loan, placing a request will also generate a Recall notice to be sent to the user who has had a copy for the longest. If you have already placed a request, we can tell you your position in the queue for the item. It may then be possible to make an educated guess as to when a copy may be available to satisfy your request. However, no definite date can be given as it will depend on whether the current user returns the item on time and/or responds to any Recall Notice.
