Staff at the Help Desk can tell you when an item is due for return. If you have placed a Reservation they can tell you position you are in the queue for the item. It may then be possible to make an educated guess as to when an item may be available to satisfy your reservation request. However, no definite date can be given as it all depends on whether the current user returns the item on time and/or responds to the Recall Notice.
