We will add any hostname mentioned in the error report to the configuration file. Please tell us what the URL is via LibAnswers (copy and paste) or send us a screenshot of the error message to e-library@brunel.ac.uk - we will try to update the configuration within a working day if possible.

In the meantime, due to the error connecting to the host, you can try removing a specific string from the URL, for example: https://login.ezproxy.brunel.ac.uk/login?url=

Then, if you are off campus, try to find an "Institutional" log in link on the page and select Brunel University from the UK Access Management Federation list. You may log on via this alternative Access Management System with your Brunel University Network username and password.
