Details of freely available sources of company annual reports are on the Websites section of the Business and Management Library Guide.

You may find the annual report for the most recent year on company websites. Look for the Investors or Corporate webpage.

For reports not found via the company website, you may be able to find annual and interim reports in some of the financial databases, listed on the Data and Statistics Library Guide:

  • FAME
FAME gives access to data on all UK and Irish companies. When you've opened a company report look for the Original document section - one way to access this is by going to Financials the Key Financials and Employees.  The top row for each year is a link to the Original document

  • Bloomberg
For public companies. Load a company you are interested in as your security, then open the CF (Company Filings) function for access to all reports to shareholders, including annual and interim reports

  • Refinitiv Workspace
    For public companies

  • Fitch Connect
For banks and other financial institutions
