If you have registered for your On Demand account and received the following error message "Access to this document is restricted. Your account does not have permission to open it"
Contact the Interlibrary Loans team. We can contact the British Library and ask them to resend the link. The problem is that not enough time elapsed between registering the account and opening the document.
It takes 5 minutes for the account to be fully functional after registration.
