For business students:

You may find the Sage Navigator element of our collection of Sage Knowledge e-books useful.  This has a list of key readings (including journal articles as well as books), on a timeline, for topics within all their major works:

  • Access Sage Knowledge: Business and Management Collection from the A-Z list of databases
    Either:
    • Select disciplines within Business and management, or 'All Business and Management'
      Or
    • Search for a topic of your interest
  • Use the filters at the left of the page to narrow down to Major Works (in the Reference section of Content Types)
  • Identify a relevant book (if there is one) in the list of results.  One of the results in a search for branding is a book called Brand Management
  • Select the title to see an overview of the book, then Key Readings for a timeline of readings going back to 1986
  • The readings are colour-coded by subcategory and one of the subcategories is Fundamental Elements of Branding - You may find it useful to look at the articles in this subcategory

The books we have in Sage Knowledge are mostly business focused. Students in other subject areas, or for more ideas for business students, please contact your Academic Liaison Librarian.
