The Library is happy to consider donations. You can leave small numbers of donations at the Welcome Desk or Help Desk.
If you have a large number of books you wish to donate (10+) please contact the relevant Academic Liaison Librarian for an initial discussion about the items you are considering donating before dropping them off. The Subject Support pages give details of which Librarian supports each subject area and their contact details.
Please indicate if you would like to be notified of any of the donated items we will not be adding to our collection.
Please Note: You would have to arrange to collect any such items yourself, the Library cannot undertake to return them to you.
Any items that are not needed for Library stock and not wanted by you, will be donated to Betterworld Books. They use the sales from second hand books to support literacy programmes globally.
