To improve security on Library accounts we have added PINs for the 2017/18 academic year. If you are a returning student and did not have a PIN on your Library account, we have added one for you. You will have received an email letting you know what your system generated PIN is.
If you are a new student, you will also have received an email with details of your Library PIN. You will not be able to reset your PIN until you have fully enrolled and picked up your student ID card. On the front of your card you will find your student ID number, starting 1956.
You will need your card number and PIN if you want to access your Library account, and you will need your PIN to use self-service in the Library.
Once you have your card number, it is easy to reset your PIN. You can log in to your Library Account by visiting the Brunel Library webpage, and click My Library Account. Enter your card number (starting 1956) and the PIN we sent you. You can change your PIN from the Personal Information tab.
If you cannot find the email we sent you, you can still reset your PIN. Visit the Brunel Library webpage, and click My Library Account. Choose the set/reset my PIN option. You will need to enter your card number (starting 1956). We will send an email to the address we have registered on our system. Follow the link in that email to reset your PIN.
