There are various ways to pay Library fines:

  • By card, online through the My Library Account link on the Library homepage and logging into My Account using the 1956... or 5109... number on your Brunel ID card and your Library password. Please note only Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards are accepted and must be registered at a UK address
  • By card, at the Help Desk
  • By card at the Self Service Borrowing kiosk
  • By card, over the phone, by calling the Cash Office on 01895 265264. You'll need to tell them you need to pay Library fines and give the amount. Ask them to inform the Library that payment has been made as this does not happen automatically (please therefore allow time for your account to be cleared)

NB: The Fines field in e-Vision is intended for charges for damage to accommodation etc. not Library fines. If you try to pay Library fines through e-Vision, the money will be taken out of your bank account but will go into your general University account. The Library fines will still be on your Library account. If you do this by mistake, you will need to provide the email receipt automatically sent to you by e-Vision, before the fines can be cleared from your Library account. You may bring it to the Help Desk or forward the email to library@brunel.ac.uk
