Your request will have been sent off to the British Library.  If your request is satisfied, and you have requested an electronic copy, the article will be sent directly to your Brunel email address.  If you have requested this as a hard copy you will be notified when it arrives and it needs to be picked up from the Help Desk. The cost of this article will be added to your Library Account and you can pay this at the Library Help Desk, online or at the Self Service Machine.
