Your request will have been sent off to the British Library.  If your request is satisfied, and you have requested an electronic copy, the article will be sent directly to your Brunel email address.  If you have requested this as a hard copy you will be notified when it arrives and it needs to be picked up from the Help Desk.  We are emailing these to users but we can also print them out for you. 

If the request is supplied by another library then these will be emailed to you from the interlibrary loans email address. 

If there is a charge for the article this will be added to your Library Account and you can pay this Online. 

If your request is not satisfied or is delayed, we will advise you as soon as possible.
