The LibSmart point is an enquiry desk staffed by our Academic Liaison Librarians (ALLs). It is like the Help Desk but rather than paying fines or asking about your account, you can ask more advanced questions such as finding and using resources and referencing. 

You can find the desk on the first floor of the Library. Help will be available from 1-5 pm on Monday to Friday during term-time. You can drop in during these hours to get help.

You can also contact your Academic Liaison Librarian if you think you might need their specific subject expertise and make an appointment with them.
