You can use a wide range of copyright materials for teaching and learning under copyright licensing and legislation.
However, when using digital environments like Blackboard Learn, it is not always as simple as uploading content to your modules. In fact, this is not recommended as there are copyright compliance requirements which apply when content is copied in digital formats and shared environments.
Working out what is allowed under licence or UK statutory exceptions to copyright can be complex.
