Once a request has been submitted on your behalf we are unable to cancel it, unless the library that we requested it from is unable to supply. We will then cancel and not proceed with the request.  We cannot guarantee that material you request will arrive by a particular date. 

If there is a delay in your request we will keep you informed.  Please contact the interlibrary loans team if you have any concerns about the delay in your request.
