If the it is ONLY reservations i.e. Click and Collect/Post, that are not working, you may simply have tried to reserve more than 6 items and may need to wait for notification that some are ready for collection or have been posted, before trying to reserve more. You may also not reserve an item you already have on loan.

If you cannot access any of the Library services, including reservations, your Library account may be blocked due to charges in excess of £20 due to overdue items etc. Please check your account and/or contact the Help Desk, library@brunel.ac.uk or LibChat.

Please visit the Libsmart desk for help finding alternative sources if all items are on loan and you cannot wait for an item to be returned.
