The Library has a freepost book return service, partnering with clicksit and collect+.
To return a book using this service use the following steps, or check out our LibGuide.
Step 1 Generate a free post label
- go to www.clicksit.com/brunel
- type in your Brunel email address …….@brunel.ac.uk, click submit.
- either open the popup to view your label or check your emails for an email from Brunel University London <noreply@clicksit.com> use the link provided to view the label.
Step 2 Package the books
- print out the label.
- package the book correctly max 10kg dimensions 50x50x60cm. (If the books you want to return exceed the 10kg weight limit, please repeat step 1 and 2 to generate a second label and parcel to send.)
Step 3 Posting the package
- locate your nearest collect+ collection point. Go to https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/store-locator or click the store locator link in the email, search by postcode or place to find closest collection point.
- take your parcel complete with label attached to your nearest collect+ collection point.
- Get a receipt and use the tracking number provided to track your parcel or use the track button in the email received.
