Scan and Send is a digitisation service offered by Brunel University London Library which allows you to request a digital scan be created of a chapter from a book or an article from a journal (copyright restrictions permitting), and emailed to you in PDF format. This service only applies to publications held physically in the library and is not available for publications already provided by the library in digital format. Please note that if all copies of a title are on loan or a title cannot be located on the shelf we will most likely be unable to fulfil your request.

Also please note that if you require material that appears on your reading list, you are advised to contact your Academic Liaison Librarian (brunel.ac.uk) instead.

Once you have checked the library’s holdings at Library | Brunel University London and ascertained that the title you require meets this criterion, please visit the Scan and Send webpages where you will be able to find further information and access a request form.
