Your Student ID card also works as your Library card and is also used for access to buildings and printing, so it's vital you treat it as carefully as you would a debit or credit card. If you do lose your card, you should report it to the student centre (call 01895 268268 or email: student.centre@brunel.ac.uk) You can get a replacement ID card either from the Student Centre or the Library. The replacement cards cost £12 and we can currently only take card payments as we're operating a cash-free policy due to the Covid-19 pandemic. To get a replacement in the Library, you will need to book a 15 minute slot as the process of creating and issuing the card can take a while.

To book a slot, go here or, on the Library home page 

go to the Using your Library section.

On the right you'll see the Lost and replacement ID card option.

You'll find the link to the booking form in the second paragraph.

To place your booking just look for a blue rectangle at a time that suits you and click on it:

This will take you through to a page where the date and time of the booking will be displayed:

Just check that the details are correct and click continue. If the details are all correct on the page that comes up, click on submit my booking to confirm the slot:
