Can't find a specific book on the Library Search?

Make sure you've got the details right.

If AI recommended it to you - make sure it exists! AI sometimes makes up books. Try searching for it on Google Scholar.

If you've checked the book does exist and you still can't find it on our search we might not have it. Don't panic!

You can let us know you're looking to get hold of a book that we don't have and we'll search other libraries for it and try to borrow a copy from them.

To do this:

  1. Go to our Interlibrary Loan form
  2. You'll need to know your Library card number - this is the 9 digit long number on your Student ID card
  3. Your Library password is different to your network password - if you're not sure you can set/reset your password
  4. Fill in the form and our Interlibrary Loan team will get back to you as soon as they can
