You will find guidance on formatting your Table of Legislation on page 12 of the OSCOLA 5th edition under section 1.6.3 Tables of legislation and other tables.
A Table of Legislation would go after your Table of Cases and before your Bibliography. A Table of Legislation should list every Act referenced in your work, with the entry for each statute being sub-divided to show where which parts of the statute (sections, subsections and so on) are referenced. Statutory instruments should be listed separately, at the end of the list of statutes. Acts should be listed in alphabetical order of first significant word of the title. If you have multiple Acts with the same name, you list them oldest to newest.

If Acts from more than one jurisdiction is cited, you can divide them into separate jurisdictions using the jurisdiction as a heading.
