Are you connected to the internet?

The document will only open when you are on a device that is connected to the internet?

Are you using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Reader?

In order to open the document you must use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or at least Adobe Reader 10.

Has the download link expired?

The download link will remain active for 30 days from the date of the original email. 

Does your username contain @?

If your username contains the @ symbol this can cause problems with the opening of documents.  iF you have used @ please contact the customer services at the British Library.
